Questionnaire on diversity-sensitive needs for a telemedical platform to accompany psychotherapy
Brief information on the survey

Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Institute for Gender in Medicine (GiM)

Study director: Pichit Buspavanich

Dear interested parties,

We would like to ask you whether you would like to take part in an anonymous survey.

Due to the limited availability of psychotherapists, many people do not have access to therapy. At the same time, only a few therapies are geared towards the queer community.  A mobile app that is queer-sensitive on the one hand and aims to increase well-being on the other could support queer people who are looking for psychotherapy.

The needs, wishes and requirements for various further developments of a mobile app for smartphones or other mobile devices are to be analysed. The aim is to develop an app that can also be used in psychotherapy. The aim is to make the app as diversity- and queer-sensitive as possible in order to meet the needs of queer people and contribute to increasing their well-being through its functions. In addition, the needs of the various areas of application of the app are to be determined by the relevant user groups.

For the study, you will be asked to complete the following questionnaire. Additional questionnaires will be activated for certain groups of people if this is relevant to the research topic. The survey period can therefore vary between 10 and 30 minutes. The duration will be indicated in advance. You have the right to cancel the survey at any time.

Their ongoing participation makes a major contribution to research in the field of gender studies and sexology and helps to identify requirements for a telemedicine platform that is as diversity-sensitive as possible.

The collection, storage and publication of data is anonymous, i.e. it is not possible to identify you personally. Please read the complete information on data protection and download the information sheet.

The questionnaire contains free text fields. Please do not enter any data in these free text fields that could identify you or another person.

At the end of the questionnaire, if you are interested in participating in further research, you can be redirected to a separate page that is not linked to the questionnaire. There you can register with your e-mail address. You will then be informed about further research over time. At no time will you be obliged to take part in further research.

If you have any questions about the project, you can contact the study management, the data protection officers and the data protection supervisory authority in the event of complaints. The contact details can be found in the information.

Please read the complete information. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. You can download the complete information here.
